ETHGlobal Tokyo 2026 lands in Japan on September 25–27 as a three-day IRL hackathon for Ethereum builders. The event is part of ETHTokyo Week, which brings community-led Ethereum events, workshops, meetups, conferences, dinners, and hackathons across Tokyo.
The hackathon is built around hands-on building. Developers, designers, founders, and product teams form projects, use Ethereum ecosystem tools, work through technical challenges, and submit what they build by the end of the weekend.
ETHGlobal’s wider event format focuses on learning by building, strengthening developer communities, and giving teams a place to test new ideas with other Ethereum builders. The Tokyo edition gives local and international participants a focused builder track during one of Japan’s busiest Ethereum weeks.
