These Terms of Service govern your use of Web3Voyager. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Operator and contact

Web3Voyager is an independent event-discovery platform operated personally by Camilo. Web3Voyager is not currently operated by a registered company.

2. What Web3Voyager provides

Web3Voyager helps people discover Web3 and crypto events, articles, organizers, and related information. It operates primarily as an independent information aggregator. Unless expressly stated, Web3Voyager does not organize, host, sponsor, endorse, or operate a listed event.

Nothing on Web3Voyager is financial, investment, legal, tax, travel, safety, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You may use Web3Voyager only if you can legally agree to these Terms where you live. The service is not directed to children under 13.

4. Event information and corrections

Event information may be submitted by organizers or collected from official event websites, ticketing pages, announcements, and organizer-owned social accounts. Dates, venues, speakers, prices, availability, schedules, access requirements, and other details can change. Web3Voyager does not guarantee that a listing is complete, current, or error-free.

Check important information directly with the organizer before registering, buying tickets, booking travel, or making another commitment. Organizers and attendees may request corrections through the contact page.

5. Tickets and registrations

Web3Voyager is an independent event-discovery platform. Ticket purchases, registrations, cancellations, event changes, and refunds are handled by the relevant event organizer or ticketing provider. Web3Voyager does not sell tickets, process attendee registrations, or control third-party refund decisions.

6. Organizer submissions and content licence

If you submit event information or materials, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the text, logos, images, links, and other materials.

You grant Web3Voyager a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, resize, optimize, display, distribute, and promote the submitted materials as reasonably needed to operate and market the listing and Web3Voyager. This includes use on the website, newsletters, social channels, and promotional previews. You also permit us to retain an archival copy and to correct, restrict, or remove material that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, technically unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.

You keep ownership of rights you hold in submitted material. The licence does not give Web3Voyager ownership of your brand or original content.

7. Paid promotional and personalized services

Paid promotional and personalized event services are arranged separately. Their scope, pricing, delivery schedule, payment terms, cancellation terms, and other conditions are governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement. Submitting an enquiry through the website does not create a contract.

Those services are offered on a business-to-business basis. The customer confirms that it purchases the services for business or professional purposes and not as a consumer. If a signed proposal or written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding that service, the proposal or agreement takes priority for that service.

8. Sponsored and promoted placements

Some listings or placements may be promoted, sponsored, featured, or personalized. We aim to identify paid visibility clearly. Promotion can increase visibility but does not change factual event details, guarantee attendance, imply endorsement, or guarantee a particular commercial result.

9. Newsletter and communications

If you separately subscribe to the newsletter, Web3Voyager may send event updates, articles, platform news, and other communications covered by your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. An event, contact, or promotion enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Web3Voyager unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to harm another person.
• Submit content that infringes rights, impersonates another person, contains malware, or is materially false or misleading.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, overload the service, evade reasonable access controls, or disrupt other users.
• Use the website to send spam or collect personal information unlawfully.
• Remove attribution, rights notices, or technical restrictions from Web3Voyager content.

11. Search, AI retrieval, and automated access

Web3Voyager permits automated access to publicly available pages for ordinary search indexing, search-result generation, user-requested retrieval, and short attributed summaries that identify and link to the original source, subject to applicable robots directives and reasonable request limits.

Except with prior written permission, Web3Voyager content may not be systematically extracted, reproduced, compiled, used to create or enrich a training dataset, used to train or fine-tune a commercial generative AI model, used to replicate the Web3Voyager database, redistributed, resold, or used to operate a substantially substitutive event-discovery service.

The llms.txt file provides discovery and citation guidance only. It does not grant a licence for model training, bulk extraction, database replication, redistribution, or commercial reuse. Robots directives and technical access controls remain applicable.

12. Intellectual property and public facts

Web3Voyager’s original articles, editorial summaries, graphics, software, branding, and original selection, organization, and presentation of the directory are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Event names, dates, locations, organizer identities, public ticket links, and other bare facts may not be owned by Web3Voyager. Third-party text, logos, and images remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

You may link to public Web3Voyager pages and share short attributed excerpts that identify and link to the source. Other reproduction, commercial reuse, or republication requires permission unless applicable law permits it.

13. Third-party services and links

Web3Voyager may link to event organizers, ticketing sites, registration services, maps, social networks, wallets, projects, and other third parties. Third parties control their own content, availability, security, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean that Web3Voyager endorses or guarantees the third party.

14. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the public service and may update or remove listings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain available.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The public service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Web3Voyager does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, safety, or results of the website, a listing, an organizer, a linked service, or an event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web3Voyager is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits or opportunities, travel or accommodation costs, event cancellation or changes, ticketing disputes, third-party conduct, unauthorized third-party content, downtime, or data loss arising from use of the public service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability connected with a separately purchased promotional or personalized service is governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement.

16. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of Web3Voyager, material breach of these Terms, or submission of material that infringes another person’s rights.

17. Suspension and removal

We may restrict access, reject a submission, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to rights claims, correct misleading information, or address a breach of these Terms.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, commercial model, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published here with an updated date. Continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

20. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement, form the relevant agreement between you and Web3Voyager concerning the service in scope.
